“Goat Training”

A “Goat” is a movement you want to work on, suck at, or both. Very simply put, it’s the movement that makes you grimace every time you see it because you can’t do it or you suck at it.


18 min EMOM:

  • Min 1- 150m Row
  • Min 2- 10 HSPU
  • Min 3- 2 Hang Power Cleans

L1 Choose weight for HPC
L2 5 HSPU, 115/75
L3 10 Pushups, 95/65 or lower
