Conditioning

1. Strict Pull-ups (3 x ME)

Compare to 10/9. Supinated grip. Rest as needed.

2.”Bring Sally Up 2.0″ (Weight)

Goblet squat version. Stand up and down with a KB/DB keeping up with the song. Choose weight.
