Snatch (10 min to find a heavy 1 RM)

Conditioning

Team of 2 or 3. One person working at a time.

4 min at each station. 2 min Rest in between.

  • 30 m Plate push
  • 30 m Farmer’s carry
  • Ball slams
  • Airdyne (cal)
  • Sit-ups

Accumulate as many reps at each station as possible.

L1: 70/53, GHD situps
L2: 62/40, weighted sit-ups
L3: 53/35, abmat sit-up
