Gymnastics Tuesday! Working on muscle-ups/chest to bar pull-ups/dips/HSPU etc!

Strength

7 min EMOM:

  • Ring Dips

Choose reps and modifications. Minimum of 3 reps. Same number each round.

Conditioning

10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 reps of:

  • Pull-ups
  • Kettlebell swings
  • Box jump overs

L1: C2B, 70/53, 24″/20″

L2: 53/35, 20″/16″

L3: 35/25, 16″/12″
