Every 8 min for 24 min (3 rounds) teams must complete

  • 1000m Row
  • 40 Burpees
  • 40 Push Press
  • 25 Power Snatch

L1 95/65 L2 75/55 L3 30 Bur, 30 PP, 15 P Sn 65/45

All team members can be working at the same time. Communication is key
