15 min EMOM: Hang Squat Clean

  • 1-5 min: 70%
  • 6-10 min: 75%
  • 11-15 min: 80%

If after these 15 sets on the minute you feel good, continue to a heavy single with a max of 3 more singles. Every 2 Min.

Clean pulls:

  • 4 x 3 @ 90% (same weight as last week)

  • Back extensions (3 x10)
