Conditioning

Partner WOD!

5, 4, 3, 2, 1 min AMRAPs of:

  • 10 Power Snatch
  • 10 Pull-ups
  • 10 V-ups

Partner A will complete the whole 5 min AMRAP then switch with partner B and partner B will complete the 5 min AMRAP. After partner B finishes, Partner A will complete a 4 min AMRAP and then switch with partner B. Continue with 3 min, 2 min, and 1 min, alternating with your partner.
