  • Christmas Day: closed Thursday

  • Odd min: 1 Rope climb
  • Even min: 1 Wall climb

L1: Legless
L2: 1/2 rope height
L3: Ring rows/ 20 sec handstand hold



50-40-30-20-10 reps of:

  • Double-unders
  • Sit-ups
