  • Clean and Jerk (10 min to build to a Heavy Single)

Conditioning

Partner Workout!

25 min AMRAP

Alternating full rounds, as a Team complete 20 rounds of

  • 5 Pull-ups
  • 10 Box Jumps
  • 15 KB Swings

Then as many BURPEES as possible in remaining time. One person working at a time. Score is number of Burpees completed per team.
