Strength

15 min EMOM: Hang Squat Cleans

  • 1-5 min @ 75% of 1RM
  • 6-10 min @ 80% of 1RM
  • 11-15 min @ 85% of 1 RM

If after these 15 sets on the minute you feel good, continue to a heavy single with a max of 3 or more singles.

Conditioning

3 Rounds:

  • 5 Hang squat cleans (60% of what you found today)
  • 200 m run
