Conditioning

In teams of 2 or 3!

10 min AMRAP:

  • 2500m Row
  • As many KB swings as possible in remaining time.

L1: 70/53
L2: 53/35, 2000m Row
L3: 35/25, 2000m Row

One person working at a time. Teams can switch on the rower whenever they see fit. Score is total number of KB swings per team.
