Partner workout!

Partner A must row 30 cal while partner B starts the AMRAP. After the row is complete, partners will switch and partner B will pick up where partner A off in the AMRAP.

20 min AMRAP:

  • 10 Pull-ups
  • 15 KB Swings
  • 30 Double Unders

L1: 1 Muscle Ups =2 Pull-ups, C2B,53/35
L2: 35/25, C2B banded, 15 DU
L3: 25, banded, 60 singles
