The Open is here! They will release the first WOD at 5 pm Thursday night. We will all be here to watch the announcement and then at 6:30 pm people will have the option of completing the Open workout plus a “face-off” between 2 competitors. Every Thursday at 6:30 pm will be the Open workout of that week! There is still time to sign up! Just do it already!!
