Strength

  • Front Squat (5 x 1 @ 85-95%)

After Completion of Front Squats rest 30 sec then perform 3-5 Box jumps. Choose Height. Rest as needed between sets.

  • Bench Press (3 x 5)

Increase from last week. After completion of bench press rest 30 sec them perform 10-15 Ring Rows. Rest as needed between sets.

Conditioning

3 Rounds:

  • 20 m Plate push (Down & Back)
  • 20 Situps

L1: Two 45 lb plates
L2: One 45 lb plate
L3: One 25 lb plate
