  • 400 m Run
  • 10 Power cleans (155/115,135/95, 115/75 or lower)
  • 400 m Run
  • 10 Power cleans (185/135,155/115,135/95 or lower)
  • 400 m Run
  • As many Power cleans as possible in remaining time. (205/155,185/135, 155/115 or lower)
