Conditioning

Teams of 3. One person working at a time.

4 min at each station:

  • 15 m Tire drags (90/70)
  • Rope climbs
  • Ball slams (30lb)
  • 10 Cal Airdyne
  • Toes 2 bar

Accumulate as many reps at each station as a team. 1 min rest between stations.
