Strength

Back Squat (5 x 5 @ 70-75%)

70-75% or add 5-10lb from last workout. After each set of squats, complete 10-15 ring rows. Rest as needed between rounds.

Conditioning

3 Rounds

2 min AMRAP:

  • 250 m Row
  • As many Wall balls as possible in remaining time

2 min rest between rounds

L1: 20/14
L2: 14/12
L3: 12/10 or lower
