Snatch (15 min EMOM)

Complex: 1 Snatch pull + 1 Hang Snatch + 1 Overhead squat.

Increase weight over 15 min. All squat snatchz.

Conditioning

“Annie”

50-40-30-20-10 reps of:

  • Double-unders
  • Sit-ups

Modifications: half DU or 3 x 1 singles
