Snatch (10 min to build to a heavy single)

Conditioning

Partner Workout! One person will complete a 400 m run while the other starts the AMRAP. Switch after the run and pick up where your partner left off in the AMRAP.

15 min AMRAP:

  • 10 Pull-ups
  • 10 Front squats
  • 10 KB swings

L1: C2B, 135/95, 70/53
L2: 115/75, 53/35
L3: 95/65 or lower, 35/25 or lower
