2 min AMRAP:

  • 2 Rounds of “Cindy”
  • As many Clean & Jerks as possible in remaining time.

2 min Rest

2 min AMRAP:

  • 200 m Run
  • 10 Thrusters
  • As many Pull-ups as possible in remaining time.

2 min Rest

  • 2 min AMRAP:
  • ME Squat Snatches

2 min Rest

2 min AMRAP:

  • 50 Box Jumps (20″ or lower)
  • As many Deadlifts as possible in remaining time.

2 min Rest

2 min AMRAP:

  • 400 m Run
  • As many Hang Power Cleans as possible in remaining time.

L1: 135/95, L2: 115/75, L3: 95/65 or lower
Five 2 min rounds with 2 min rest between. Same weight for all workouts. Score is “ME” reps for each workout.
