Partner Workout!

With 2 min at each station, accumulate as many reps as possible as a team. One person will be in a static hold while the other works for 1 min, then switch.

2 min AMRAP:

  • Burpees

Partner holds top of Deadlift (135/95 or lower)

30 sec rest

2 min AMRAP:

  • Row (Cal)

Partner holds Plate in Overhead position

30 sec rest

2 min AMRAP:

  • Situps

Partner holds a handstand/plank position

30 sec rest

3 Rounds!
