  • 40 Burpee box jumps (20″ or lower)
  • 30 Front squats (155/115, 135/95, 115/75 or lower)
  • 40 Burpee box jumps
  • 30 Shoulder to overhead (135/95, 115/75, 95/65 or lower)
  • 40 Burpee box jumps
  • 30 Thrusters (115/75, 95/65, 75/55 or lower)
