Strength

Back Squat (2 x 2 )

85-90% or add 5-10 lb from last workout. After each set of squats, complete 10-15 ring rows. Rest as needed. No misses

Conditioning

“Troll’s Toll”

For time:

  • 21 Shoulder to overhead
  • 3 Rope climbs
  • 200 m Run
  • 15 Shoulder to overhead
  • 2 Rope climbs
  • 200 m Run
  • 9 Shoulder to overhead
  • 1 Rope climb
  • 200 m Run

L1: 135/95
L2: 115/75, 1 rope climb per round
L3: 95/65, 2 rope lowers for 1 rope climb
