Tim, running the half!!

TEST WEEK: Here is a repeat workout from the beginning of the cycle.  Give it your best! Also we will be squatting heavy on Wed. Sooo bring your legs. This is gonna be a fun week.  Lets start it off right with a PR in the mash!
