Teams of 3!

15 min AMRAP:

  • 5 Burpees
  • 10 Sit-ups

Partner A will Row 300 m while partner B completes as many rounds of burpees and sit-ups as they can. Partner C will be resting. When the row is complete, your team will switch from row to rest, rest to burpees, burpees to row. Score is total rounds as a team.
