16 min AMRAP

  • 10 Burpee
  • 20 Overhead Plate Lunges
  • 30 Situps

Partner 1 performs the workout listed above. Partner 2 performs a 100m Farmers carry (choose weight). When Partner 2 returns from the farmers carry , Partner 1 will grab the KB/DB, and begin their 100m , while Partner 2 continues the workout where Partner 1 left off.
