15 min AMRAP:

  • 10 Sit-ups
  • 45 m Shuttle Sprints (3 x 15 m)
  • 10 Box Jumps
  • 45 m Shuttle Sprints (3 x 15 m)

L1: 24″/20″, L2: 20″/18″, L3: 18″/16″ or lower

Must tag/high five partner after each round.
