10 min to practice any goat exercise of your choice. Ex: handstand fun, muscle ups, dips, pull-ups, olympic lifts, etc.

Conditioning

15 min EMOM:

  • Min 1: 15/12 cal Row
  • Min 2: 15 Box Jumps
  • Min 3: 15 Russian KB swings

L1: 24″/20″, 70/53
L2: 20″/18″, 53/35
L2: 18″/16″ and lower, 35/25
