Snatch (10 min to build to a heavy single/ technique)

Complex: 1 snatch pull + 1 high hang snatch (power position) + 1 hang snatch (top of knee)

Conditioning

4 Rounds:

  • 20 Wall balls
  • 15 Hang power cleans
  • 10 Push press
  • 5 Burpees over bar
  • Rest 1min

Score total time including rest.

L1: 20/14, 95/65
L2: 14/12, 75/55
L3: 12/10, 65/45 or lower
