Great 4th of July WOD!!

Strength

  • Back Squat (10-8-6-4-2)

Add 5-10 lbs from last workout. Use same weight for all sets. Minimal rest between sets. 1:3 ratio

  • Bench Press (10-8-6-4-2)

Add 2.5-5 lbs from last workout. Use same weight for all sets. Minimal rest between sets. 1:3 ratio

Conditioning

7 min AMRAP:

  • 3 Manmakers
  • 7 Pull-ups

L1: 45/35, C2B
L2: 40/30, Chin above bar
L3: 35/25, Banded/ Ring rows
