Strength

“Goat Training”

10 min to practice any goat exercise of your choice. Ex: handstand fun, muscle ups, dips, pull-ups, olympic lifts, etc.

Conditioning

Every 6 min for 18 min (3 Rounds) complete:

  • 6 Power cleans
  • 12 Toes to bar
  • 400 m run

L1: Choose weight
L2: 135/95, knees to elbow
L3: 115/75, V-ups
