Deadlift (15 min to establish a 1 RM)


10 min to complete

4 Rounds:

  • 200 m Run
  • 7 Burpees (bar facing)
  • 7 Deadlifts

-then perform as many Abmat sit-ups as possible in remaining time-

L1: 225/155
L2: 185/135,
L3: 135/95 or lower,150 m run

Score is total number of Sit-ups completed.
