“Goat Training”

10 min to practice any goat exercise of your choice. Ex: handstand fun, muscle ups, dips, pull-ups, olympic lifts, etc.

Conditioning

Partner Workout! One person working at a time.

20 min AMRAP:

  • 50 Box Jumps
  • 30 HSPU
  • 10 Rope Climbs

L1: 24/20
L2: 20/18, abmats, 1/2 rope climb
L3: 18/12, DB strict press, rope lowers
