Snatch (10 min to build to a heavy single)


Teams of 3!

15 min AMRAP:

  • DB Push Press
  • Strict Pull-ups

L1: 40/30
L2: 30/20 or lower

Teammate A will complete a 200 m run while Teammate B completes as many Push Presses as possible and Teammate C completes as many Strict pull-ups as possible until A returns. They will rotate exercises and accumulate as many reps of presses and pull-ups in 15 min.
