Build in weight over the 15 min. Record heaviest weight completed.

Conditioning

For Time:

  • 30 Plate Burpees
  • 30 Plate Lunges
  • 30 Plate Ground to Overhead

L1: 45/35
L2: 35/25
L3: 25/15
