Clarke!!

Starting new strength cycles this week. Also we know it’s smokey out, so we will limit the heavy breathing for a day or two. Great workouts this week, so get in the gym!!

Strength

20 min EMOM:

  • Odd min – 2 Front Squats
  • Even Min – 3 Push Press

For Front Squats use 80% of 1 RM
For Push Press use 80% of 1 RM or 65% of 1 RM Jerk.
