10 min to practice any goat exercise of your choice. Ex: handstand fun, muscle ups, dips, pull-ups,Muscle ups, olympic lifts, etc.

Conditioning

  • 400m Run
  • 21 Kettlebell Swings, 53# / 35#
  • 12 Pull-ups

L1 53/35  L2 35/25, banded  L3  banded, 25 or lower

Viking Helen

3 Rounds for time of:

  • 500 m Row
  • 21 Kettlebell Swings
  • 12 Pull-ups

L1: 53/35
L2: 35/25, Banded
L3: 25 or lower, Banded
