Strength

“Goat Training”

10 min to practice any goat exercise of your choice. Ex: handstand fun, muscle ups, dips, pull-ups,Muscle ups, olympic lifts, etc.

Conditioning

Every 4 min for 16 min, (4 Rounds), complete:

  • 500 m Row
  • 15 Wall balls
  • 10 Ring rows

L1: 20/14, elevated feet
L2: 14/12
L3: 12/10
