Every 2 min, for 20 min,(10 Rounds) complete:

  • 3 Front Squats
  • 5 Strict Pull-ups
  • 7 Burpees

L1: Choose weight
L2: 155/115, banded
L3: 135/95, elevated feet Ring Rows

Front squats CAN be taken from the rack!
