Conditioning

4 Rounds: 40 sec on/ 20 sec off

  • Sit-ups
  • Hang power Snatch
  • Box Jumps

On call of ‘rotate,’ the athletes must move to the next station immediately. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower, where each calorie is one point. One minute rest between rounds.

Score each round separately.

L1: 75/55, 24″/20″
L2: 65/45, 20″/18″
L3: 55/35, 16″/12″
