Clean (10 min to build to a heavy single)

Conditioning

Teams of 3. Team relay. One person working at a time. Alternate every round.

  • 30 Overhead squats
  • 30 Cal Row
  • 30 Burpees

Once all 3 team members complete their round, complete the following the same way:

  • 30 Hang cleans
  • 30 Cal Row
  • 30 Shoulder to Overhead

L1: 95/65
L2: 75/55
L3: 65/45 or lower

Score is total time.
