Split Jerk (10 min to build to a heavy single)

Conditioning

Partner Workout! Both partners must run together. One person working at a time on pull-ups and burpees.

For time:

  • 800 m Run
  • 120 Pull-ups
  • 120 Plate Burpees
  • 800 m Run

While one partner is doing pull-ups, the other must hold a plate overhead. While one partner is doing burpees, the other is hanging from the pull-ups bar.
