Day after Christmas, Saturday: 8:30 am

10 min EMOM:

  • Choose number of muscle ups, muscle up progressions, or strict pull-ups. Weekly we will progress in this 10 min EMOM.

Increase reps or progression from last workout.

then….

  • Back Squat (3 x 5)

Increase 5 lb from last workout

Cashout

For time:

  • 100 abmat sit-ups

Every minute on the minute-5 burpees, start with burpees.
