Muscle up Monday!!!
10 min EMOM:
Choose number of muscle ups, muscle up progressions, or strict pull-ups. Weekly we will progress in this 10 min EMOM.
“Cat in the Wall”
EMOM for as long as possible
- 5 Burpees
- 5 DB Hang Squat Clean Thrusters
L3: 3 reps of each, 30/20
If you complete 10 min, continue the EMOM by adding 1 rep to each exercise every minute on the minute until you cannot complete the required reps in the minute.
