Pong Tourney happens this Weekend (feb 20th), time TBA. All participants need to come up with an intro song ASAP.  Give the song title to Byron or Rodger!


3 rounds for max reps at each station:

  • 0-2 min- Run 400 m then Double-unders
  • 2-3 min- Dumbbell push jerks
  • 3-4 min- Pull-ups
  • 4-5 min- Dumbbell hang squat cleans

Rest 5 minutes between rounds.

Post number of reps completed each round

L1 35/25, C2B
L2 30/20
L3 25/15
