We take things pretty serious here, as you can see!!

The Open is here! They will release the first WOD at 5 pm Thursday night. We will all be here to watch the announcement and then at 6:30 pm people will have the option of completing the Open workout.  Every Thursday at 6:30 pm and all day Friday will be the Open workout of that week! There is still time to sign up! Just do it already!!

STRENGTH

  • Front Squat (6 x 2 @ 80%)

Rest as needed.

  • Bench Press (3 x 5)

Choose weights. Rest as needed.
