Strength

Perform the following movements in a circuit fashion, completing 6 rounds.

  • Front Squat (6×2)

add 5 lbs to last workout. rest 60 sec, Then move to bench

  • Bench Press (6×2)

Build to a heavy double. rest 60 sec, Then move to Pull-ups

  • Pull-ups (6x 3-5 reps)

add weight if possible, rest 60 sec , then move to Squat

Nobody watches the video anyway!!
