Strength

The following exercises are to be completed in a circuit fashion for 6 total rounds.

  • Front Squat (6 x 2)

Add 5lbs to last workout. Rest 60 Sec then move to Bench Press.

  • Bench Press (6 x 2)

Build to a heavy double over the course of the 6 sets, rest 60 sec them move to Rows

  • DB ROW (6 x 12)

Choose Weight, quality not quanity, Rest 60 sec then move to Front Squats.

Elbows UP!!
