Sam and Frankie celebrate the end of the OPEN with a hug.

Partner Rowing Challenge Starts on Friday (April 1st- April 30th).  As many Calories as possible in one Month (add the teammates score together).  The OPEN is officially over and every year we switch up the programming to include some fun movements and more strength training.  We will begin WOLF STRONG on Mon April 4th. I know everyone is looking forward to the Spring and getting outdoors more, we are going to totally take advantage of that.  If you have any questions about WOLF STRONG or the Rowing Challenge feel free to ask your coach.   Cheers!!
