Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend….. Time to train!!!

Schedule changes:

6:30 pm Tuesday/ Thursday will be open gym.

6:30 pm Monday/Wednesday will be normal classes.

Strength

  • Shoulder Press (2 x 5/ 1 x ME)

Add 2.5 lb from last workout

  • Backsquat (2 x 5/ 1 x ME)

Add 5 lb from last workout

Conditioning

Partner Workout. Alternate each round. 10 rounds per person.

10 Rounds:

  • 1 Rope climb
  • 2 Ground to overhead
  • 3 Burpees

L1: 185/155

L2: 155/135, 1/2 rope climb

L3: 135/115, 2 rope lowers
